Method
Step 1: Prepare the Fruit
- Wash all berries thoroughly under cold water and gently pat dry using paper towels. Slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
Step 2: Sweeten the Yogurt
- If using plain Greek yogurt, stir in 1 tablespoon of honey to lightly sweeten the yogurt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Build the First Layer
- Add a spoonful of yogurt into the bottom of each glass or jar. Top with a layer of granola followed by mixed berries.
Step 4: Continue Layering
- Repeat the layers of yogurt, granola, berries, and honey until the glasses are filled. Keep the layers neat so the colorful ingredients remain visible from the sides.
Step 5: Add Final Toppings
- Finish with extra berries, crunchy granola, a drizzle of honey, and fresh mint leaves if desired.
Step 6: Serve
- Serve immediately for maximum crunch, or chill for 10 minutes before serving for an extra refreshing texture.
